• Provide and deliver the customers high quality products by importing premium quality raw materials and providing the highest technology for its manufacture.
• Integrate and implement its quality, environmental, health and safety policies and procedures into all business activities as a critical element. The same is communicated down the line to all the personnel, through appropriate training sessions, memos and visual aids thereby ensuring that it is understood.
• Ensure recovery, recycling and reuse.
• Provide a safe, clean and healthy work environment that is conductive to both personal and professional growth for preventing work related injury and or ill health.
• Take all the precautions to avoid any type of contamination (Physical, chemical, microbiological, etc.) to the final product
• Identify reduce and eliminate Quality, environmental, Occupational health and safety (OH&S) risks and hazards.
• Encourage and continually monitor its employee participation in all quality, health & safety, hygiene and environment matters.
• Comply with applicable regulatory (international and local legal) requirements and with other requirements related to Quality (ISO 9001:2015), environment (14001:2015), and occupational health and safety (45001:2018) standards, the ministry of public health requirements (GMP, cGMP), its compliance obligations and any other requirements related with export activities.
• Continually maintain, review and improve the quality, environment and health and safety objectives as well as the effectiveness of the integrated management system.
• Continually improve: -The quality management system by providing training to employees and workers and investing in new technologies and resources. -The organization’s environmental performance by providing training, minimizing pollution, maintaining cleanliness, and managing resource consumption. -The organization’s Occupational Health and Safety Management System by providing trainings.
• Promote and encourage the adoption of these principals by suppliers and contractors acting on behalf of the organization by communicating the QHSE policy.
• Once a year, review regularly the QHSE policy and especially the objectives of SERUM & SOLUTIONS S.A.L to determine whether are still appropriate.
